During clan meetings, each member has a greeting of thier own. Each person can custom make it, I can help if need be. Here is what each current memeber has so far.

HyrulianBlackcat: May the sun be at your back.

Now then, here's what I have planned for you all.
What's the best way to get the news out about your clan? Advertisement! And what's the best way to advertise a clan? Our signatures. You know, that ol thing that always appears right under your post. Quick, easy, efficient advertising. But now, how to get the word out? Simple. With the help of our symbol--the cheetah and wolf entertwined--being plastered right in our signature. So here's what I want you all to do. Find/create a picture that best represents our symbol. Preferably one that isn't too big so it isn't all obnoxious and "in your face". Perhaps as big as these bars here. Heck, you can even make someone else do it for you. HBC, your avatar would actually work pretty well, but it would need to look nicely in a signature. Not sure if a little square would look good in a signature XD You could change up the design a bit too, if you wanted. And remember everyone, the signature needs to be able to link back to our clan thread! That way when someone clicks it, they'll be able to go directly here and decide if they want to join on not.

I'd say a week should be long enough. We'll vote for the symbol that works best. I was originally going to make this a contest in which the prize would be rupees from out of my own pocket, but since the majority of you lack confidence in your artistic capabilities and don't draw much, I didn't think it'd be very fair XD But if a contest is what you guys want, I can consider that.

Okay everyone, it's time to gather round for our first meeting. This meeting will cover:
-Meeting times
-Current activity (clan advertisment)
After every meeting, there will be time to allow for other discussions should others feel the need to bring up another topic or voice concerns.

Well, it appears as if our 4th member has suddenly scampered off. Never you mind, he'll just have to catch up later, though unfortunately he won't have the awesomeness of adding in his input at the same time as the rest of the group members.

Now, first things first. Let's talk meetings. If we ever need to call a meeting, we're going to have to know when everyone is available online. I believe that all three of you are in central time zone, while I'm the only one in eastern time zone. This means that you are all one hour behind me (this also means that I can tell the future). So, with this in mind, when is a good time for all of you to meet up, should the need ever arise?

I am on almost all day every day. During the week, evenings are a little difficult. If I am told sometime earlier in the day, I can find a way to be on in time. If I can't make it, I'll let you know, Elliot.

I have church Wednesday and Saturday night at 5:30, and sunday morning at 9:30, so sunday afternoon will be good. Or the afternoon of any of the weekdays. And yes I am in the central time zone.

Afternoons or mornings would work best for me, but if we get any members from other time zones, we might have to change our meet times.

If ever I need to call a meeting, I'll be sure to make plans in advance. Thanks for reminding me.
I am also usually able to go on during the afternoons. Unfortunately, Sundays aren't the best of days for me to go online as my family and I are usually out for a large majority of the day. So let's make it on...Mondays? At, say, 4pm my time, 3pm yours?
