SO AS I WAS SAYING BEFORE I WAS RUDELY CUT OFF BY THE SHOUTBOX D:
I guess it would be a lot tougher dealing with kids at a grocery store rather than in a more controlled environment like a daycare or school. Still, can you blame the kids for acting out? D: I hate to point fingers but if a kid is acting out in a place like a grocery, the parent needs to step in and do something before they cause damage. Which is uncool man. Uncool.

Phsst you're telling me. But there are so many laws, parents' hands are tied up to where they cannot punish properly. I feel that, if I had children, I would administer a system in which there's a difference between "abuse" and "correction".

Right? I mean you give a child one swift spanking on the butt and people call out "child abuse!" Bah. So we're supposed to let kids think they can do whatever they want without punishment? Especially for kids that don't want to listen to logic and reasoning? I tell ya, a good spanking should get the message across to them in an instant. My little brother is defiant to everyone in my family except me. Because with me, he knows I mean business when I tell him to "finish his dinner" or "pick up his toys". Does he hate me for it? I don't think so. Very rarely do I spank him anyway. One glare from me is enough to get him to do as I say.
...but based on a lot of people's views on physical punishment, perhaps I should reconsider that daycare job :<
